mmmmmm there does seem to be a problem. I have emailed the password to you “story between us”. I will get my IT girl to have alook at it today.
why is it unusually taking to long to get the email password? (the confirmation arriving shortly)
To get the password you need to send me your name and email and I will email you the password. If you have already done that, click the confirmation link in the confirmation email and then another email will be sent to you with the password.
Google pays out around 70 to 75% of the price paid by the adwords advertiser, so in your example you would get 70 to 75% of $34.50
